First of all, our work includes evaluation of the potential market before the actual launching in itself. After the product is launched, we evaluate the market behavior and the level of satisfaction. Finally, we sustain systematic evaluation of the product or service, making it possible to foresee its life cycle and therefore the action to be taken according to its present performance.
MEDIA RESEARCH
We evaluate the impact of an ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN (on TV, radio stations, newspapers, magazines, Internet etc.) about a potential market or the current one. This approach is also used for the elaboration of advertising campaigns.
SATISFACTION RESEARCH
We make an extensive research to obtain KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS that measure the CLIENTS’ SATISFACTION, with periodic evaluations through QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH, in such a way that they will participate in the PROCESSES, with preventive and corrective actions.
TOTAL QUALITY RESEARCH
We evaluate the relationship between the several areas of a company and its impact on the employees of the front line (attendance, sales, technical assistance, etc.), having as the main focus the means used by the company for the customers' satisfaction.
SPY CUSTOMER RESEARCH
We collect data on the personal, phone, postal and electronic attendance of a company, through simulated purchases of products and/or use of services in real situations. The researchers, pretending to be customers, take part in the purchase operation and/or service use and evaluate the complete attendance process, including the observation of other things such as, access, parking, hygiene, cleaning, signs, etc. The data is logged in proper forms and later tabulated. This type of research allows a real evaluation regarding the attendance of the company.
POLITICAL RESEARCH
We conduct a survey of the voting intentions for the elective positions (President, Governor, Mayor, Senator, Federal Deputy, State Deputy and Alderman). It collects and points out the principal desires of a city, state or country’s voters and the expectation level regarding some candidates. We can also evaluate a current political mandate in several aspects, according to the opinion of the electorate.
SOCIAL RESEARCH
We evaluate, in a continuous or periodic way, the community situation using variables that one wants to quantify. We visit homes periodically.
DESK RESEARCH
We conduct this type of research to collect and classify existent data in public and government institutions, such as City halls, State and Municipal Government Departments, Associations, Unions and other entities, according to the objectives and pre-established needs.
